La salud describe cómo ve Meta a un número de WhatsApp Cloud: health, identidad, entidades, nivel de throughput (throughput_level) e historial de cambios.
Actualizar la salud de un número POST
Sirve para pedirle a Meta la salud actualizada de un número; la respuesta indica si se refrescó de verdad o si devolvió el dato previo por la espera de 60 segundos u otra actualización en curso.
