List campaigns visible to the authenticated account (owner + agents
scope), reading from the read-only groups connection. Paginated,
searchable by name. Degrades to 503 when the groups connection is
unavailable instead of leaking a 500 / stack trace

Prueba de destinos webhook
Envía un payload de prueba fijo a un destino de alertas de tipo webhook y te devuelve el estado, si respondió bien (ok) y la latencia.
